Over recent years, there has been increasing interest among researchers and within science policy circles in the initiative of research collaboration. This interest is fueled by the fact that funding available for research at the institutional level has been decreasing, as well as the notion that collaboration in research is 'a good thing' and that it should be encouraged. This research collaboration is very important to the future of research at the SMHS, and as such we feel that the development of a mechanism to bring together researchers from different departments and similar interests is very important.
Below is a database to help researchers at the University of North Dakota identify other researchers who may have a similar area of interest. This database allows an employee of the University to enter his/her name, title, department, e-mail address, phone number, and area of interest, with the hope being that this database can bring together researchers who may not otherwise have worked together.
If you are interested in entering your information into this database, just fill out your name, title, department, e-mail address, phone number, and area of interest, and click "Save".
If you are interested in utilizing this database to search for employees with a specific area of interest. This will be available soon.
