• Maintain, repair, and consult with all classroom lecturers, power point presentation, audio & visual conferences, gatherings in classrooms.
• Coordinate all activities with visiting doctors, quest lecturers, Deans schedule meeting and gatherings. Which include:
• Power point presentations
• Loading and down loading computers for presentations
• Audio and Video presentation
• Replace and get equipment repaired
• Install new equipment and configure.
• Assist lecturers in installing lecture notes and slide on power point presentation.
• Insuring all equipment is available for lectures and conferences.

• Conference Rooms
• Satellite programs and classrooms
• Video tape over flow to other classrooms
• CEC Digital Video Technology
• Digital Video
• In 16 Examination rooms
• Video Taping of student performance
• ID Card controlled cameras
• One tape per student
• Viewing/grading over the network anywhere

• Scheduling-Classroom scheduling, daily, weekly, monthly for Medical School, CEC and campus sites.
• Schedule classrooms, seminars, and conferences
