E-News is a weekly electronic newsletter for and about UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences and surrounding community. It contains information about grants, research, events, seminars, meetings, honors, awards and personal (of interest to UNDSMHS).
E-News announcements for submission is updated and posted at UNDSMHS E-News site using the E-News Publication Submission Form. E-News Publication is coordinated through the Office of Public Affairs.
Reminder notices will be sent via e-mail on Tuesday. Deadline for publication is Wednesday of each week before 4:00 p.m. E-News submissions will be edited on Thursday of each week (may refuse announcements for content and length).
Types of announcements to submit to E-News:
- News and information of interest to faculty, staff and/or students
- Major events and seminars of interest to the entire UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences
- Research opportunities
- Opportunities for scholarships, grants and awards
- Official organization activities, meetings and workshops
- Awards, achievements, recognition
Types of announcements that will not be posted in E-News:
- Job postings
- Commercial advertising
- Classified ads of any sort
