Clinical Associate Professor
Bhargav Mistry is a Clinical AssociateProfessor of Surgery in the Department of Surgery at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He received his MD in India and completed a General Surgery Residency in the United Kingdom and went on to do Fellowships in Surgical Critical Care/Trauma and Abdominal Transplant Surgery as well as a General Surgery Residency at St. Louis University Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Mistry joined the faculty of the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences in August of 2001 as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery and was promoted to Clinical Associate Professor in 2008. He is the Transplant Surgeon & Director for MeritCare Transplantation Services. He is Board Certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. Dr. Mistry has expertise in transplantation surgery, surgical critical care, and surgical endoscopy.
