Donald J. DeBeltz, MD

Clinical Assistant Professor

Donald J. DeBeltz is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Department of Surgery at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He received his MD from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN. He did three years of his General Surgery Residency at the University of Minnesota, and completed his Residency at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Dr. DeBeltz joined the faculty of the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences in 1998 as a Clinical Instructor of Surgery and has been promoted to Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery in 2000. He joined Altru Health System in July of 1997. Dr. DeBeltz is Board Certified in General Surgery with specific interests in minimally invasive and pancreatic surgery.
