Scott D. Charette, MD
Clinical Associate Professor
Scott D. Charette is a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery in the Department of Surgery at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He received his MD from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Grand Forks, ND. He completed his General Surgery Residency training at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences General Surgical Residency Program. Dr. Charette went on to complete a Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Colorado, Denver.
Dr. Charette joined the faculty of the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences in 2000 as a Clinical Instructor of Surgery and was promoted to Clinical Assistant Professor in 2001 and promoted to Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery in 2005. He joined Altru Health System in September of 2000. Dr. Charette is board certified in General Surgery with expertise in vascular surgery.
