Meeting characteristics and format.
Mission statement, goals, and objectives of advisory council.
Identification of common statewide FAS concerns.
Minority/Tribal/IHS involvement.
Frequency of meetings
Attendance of key stakeholders
Changes in representation
Historical context of state and tribal involvement
Consensus building process
FAS and related issues addresses by grant activities.
Accomplishments of the grant in North Dakota.
Standards developed.

What risk markers differentiate pregnant women who drink from those who do not       drink?
What are the risk markers and other characteristics of moms with a child diagnosed       with FAS or a related disorder?
What are the risk markers and other characteristics of fathers with a child diagnosed       with FAS or a related disorder?
What are the demographic characteristics of persons diagnosed with FAS/FAE?
What are the behavioral and physical characteristics of persons diagnosed with       FAS/FAE?
What are the risk markers and other characteristics of grandmothers of children       diagnosed with FAS or related disorders?
What is the profile of women who drink when they are pregnant?
What are the rates of women who drink during pregnancy by geographic area?
What is the overall AOD use of women of childbearing age by geographic area and       how do these rates compare with results from the BRFSS?
