RE: Coordinated Treatment Center Clinics

DATE: January 5, 2009

Arrangements have been made for each of you to spend a day in a Coordinated Treatment Center Clinic (2 nd Floor) at the Broadway Health Center (across Broadway from the clinic). On the day you are assigned you should report to the Broadway Health Center for your assigned clinic at 8:00 a.m. You are excused from ward teaching rounds on the day you are assigned to CTC.

The receptionist/appointment secretary at the CTC can direct you to the clinic you are to attend.

Your assignment is as follows:
     Rachel Redig – Tuesday, January 13 – Developmental Evaluation – Dr. Patrick Welle
     Dan Morgan – Friday, January 23 – Developmental Evaluation – Dr. Sirdevi Gowravaram
     Erica Martin – Tuesday, February 10 – Cystic Fibrosis – Dr. Stephen Tinguely
     Megan Miller – Friday, February 20 – Developmental Evaluation – Dr. Sirdevi Gowravaram
