Anne Haskins
Assistant Professor

Education:

I earned a Ph.D. in Teaching and Learning/Educational Foundations & Research from the University of North Dakota in 2008.

I have a Master of Arts Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from The College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN and a Bachelor of Science Degree in OT from the University of North Dakota.

Teaching:

  • Introduction to Occupational Therapy
  • Quantitative Research Methods in Occupational Therapy
  • Principles of Adult Education
  • Occupation and Vocation (Ergonomic and Industrial Therapy Topics)
  • Group Leadership in Occupational Therapy
  • Interprofessional Health Care Course

Areas of interest and experience include:

  • interprofessional health care processes
  • perceived psychological stress of university students
  • hand therapy and orthopaedic surgery
  • psychological/ psychosocial aspects of physical dysfunction
  • industrial therapy
  • health sciences research.
