RESEARCH INTERESTS:

I recently retired, and my laboratory is no longer active. However, I maintain interests in the areas I previously pursued - mammalian immunogenetics, transplantation, virally induced demyelinating diseases, and the immunogenetic and regulatory aspects of Theiler's Murine Encephalomyelitis Virus (TMEV) - induced demyelinating disease in particular. Recently I have concentrated more on writing - review articles, book chapters, and textbooks, and continue to participate in teaching at all levels as needed.
